The Investment and Consulting Group "Astarta-Tanit" (ICG AT) was founded in 1999. The created structure has united the specialists with unique experience in management consulting, marketing research conducting, business assessment and operations on the stock market.

It consists of two companies:

• LLC "Astarta" - the company providing all kinds of operations with securities (license AA ¹558152 from 26.10.2001)
  
• LLC "Tanit" - consultancy offering a range of services advising on strategic planning and corporate management
